Patients

If you ask a clinic to contact you, we send it your name, contact details and reason, and delete our copy after 30 days. If you message a verified clinic, we store the conversation so you and the clinic can read it. Please share only what's needed.

Jobs

If you apply for a job, we share your details with that practice and delete them after 180 days. If you advertise yourself, practices on paid plans can see your advert but not your name or email. You can delete your advert at any time, and otherwise we delete it after a year.

Dental practices

Listings use public business information from sources including OpenStreetMap and clinic websites. Practices can claim, correct or ask us to remove a listing from the listing page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
